One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is time for self-care, rest and personal growth.
If you’re interested in retreating from the world around you and going deeper into the world within you, this retreat is for you.
“To retreat” (latin) means to “withdraw”, to slow down and to re-connect with what matters to us most.
Immerse yourself in the most beautiful tropical rainforest sanctuary that the nature of the hinterland of Byron Bay offers. This retreat provides the space and time for your much deserved self-nurturing and self-discovery.
Join the Journeying Women for four days/three nights of slowing down, rest and rejuvenation. Give yourself permission to let go of all of life’s demands and re-connect with who you truly are. Each day will entail a rhythm of rest, activities and nourishment that will nurture your body and mind, creating greater self- awareness and wellbeing. All activities are optional. Work at your own pace. Let nature do the rest.
Together we will explore wellbeing strategies that you can integrate into your daily life, connecting body and mind.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, rest assured that we will be providing a welcoming and nurturing space where every participant feels a sense of belonging, and will be heard, seen and supported.
