“The Journeying Women” informs women on how they can manage and when possible, prioritise their own emotional wellbeing to enable them to respond to life’s challenges and live a more balanced, meaningful and joyful life.
We create a space and informal structure for women to learn about the fundamentals of wellbeing.
Our retreats and workshops are designed to take time out, slow down and:
Value what’s working in life
Re-assess priorities
Reconnect with what matters
Rediscover the parts that may have been put to the side temporarily
Rejuvenate by slowing down briefly
Our holistic wellbeing model enables women to bring more clarity and self-awareness into their lives through self reflection, evidence-based activities and mindfulness practice.
We provide opportunities for women to slow down and connect with themselves, usually in a nature setting.
Based on scientific research, we teach simple strategies that help women to:
Maintain a POSITIVE approach to everyday life
Develop a greater capacity to cope
Build on caring for their own (and others) mental health
whilst at the same time recharging body, mind and heart with nourishing food.
