Join us on our women's one day wellbeing retreat in beautiful Bundeena.

Be a part of a fun full day in a natural setting, learn practical tools to make life easier, be nourished with wholesome food, enjoy relaxed conversation and benefit from acquiring new skills to enable you to cope with whatever life throws at you.

It’s a day of rejuvenation, re-energising and re-connecting (with yourself, what matters and with nature).

We show you how to think with and through your own strengths (we use a scientific model to decipher what your top strengths are), and we will discuss and reflect on values. 

We cover wellbeing topics and use evidence-based activities on personal life orientation, emotions, a holistic approach to wellbeing, coping strategies, self-awareness and mindfulness practice to help you thrive.

It's not all work.  This is your day off. 

We drink tea, eat healthy cake and slow down for lunch. We gather, we discuss content (joining in is optional, we recognise some women might want to participate in the group but would like to keep to themselves), we share our wisdom, we learn from each other, then we drink more tea and coffee and have some more nourishing treats. We laugh, we walk, we relax into the comfort knowing we are on a shared journey of this one incredible life we have been gifted.
